About the Founders

Having a background in Sales and Management Roger has crushed Sales quotas and achieved high levels of success across multiple industries (SaaS, D2D, Bars & Restaurants, and E-Commerce) leading him to Co-found Inspire 2 Excell with his Wife Sha’Nika.

Her 15+ years of experience counseling clients in the fields of Behavioral Health, Healthcare, and Group Counseling has given her invaluable abilities to be able to connect with and tailor solutions for people across many demographics. Her passion is centered around ensuring that people feel special and wanted, empowering them to be the best versions of themselves.

Throughout her professional tenure she has created agendas for and led more than 5,000 1:1 counseling sessions, managed and led teams of healthcare professionals, and specialized in rehabilitating severely mentally ill patients.

As he completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology in 2012, he solidified his desire to add value to people by volunteering at a local community center where he had the opportunity to coach and mentor 30+ youth aged from 5 to 12 years old as well as several of the high school volunteers. Roger went on to lead that group to perform in front of a crowd of over 2,000 people for a fundraiser for a local charity in Baton Rouge, LA. In part due to guidance he received from Roger, one of the high school volunteers went on to lead his college marching band at Southern University and A&M College as the Drum Major.

The impact he had in the lives of those people fueled a passion that had always been within him to impact millions of lives in a positive way. From that point forward Roger committed to living a life of service, and began immersing himself in opportunities that would allow him to help others in the marketplace. As he was already working in the Bar & Restaurant industry, he sought after leadership roles and was quickly promoted to a Managing role at the company he was working at.

Roger worked in that industry for close to 10 years and was blessed to travel across the country developing and training leaders as a Traveling Training General Manager. The Teams he trained experienced increased top line revenue and profit, reduced attrition rates, and higher efficiency through effective systems. He went on to excel in door-to-door sales, the Software-as-a-Service industry, and the E-Commerce field.

They saw the need for a stronger marketplace that can create and add value to the community through people that possess sharper Mindsets, increased Leadership ability, and effective Sales skills. Sha’Nika’s strong background in people development coupled with Roger’s background has created a dynamic that has been utilized to impact their community in a very unique capacity.

Inspire 2 Excell currently holds contracts with local businesses in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and has helped companies increase their quarterly and annual revenue by double digit percentage points. Sometimes over 100% increases Month over Month and Year over Year.
